Oblache is free for use.
You eligible to use it, if you're a Bulgarian student.
You can use it as long as:
1) you're student or staff of university
2) Oblache works
For registration you MUST use your university email.
Every year you MUST reconfirm your status.
Limitations of Oblache are applied.
You MUST not violate laws of:
1) your country of residence
2) country where servers are located (Germany for EU zone, US, etc)
3) Cyprus
You MUST not use it for:
1) email relays
2) TOR (or any other overlay) network _exit_ nodes
3) torrents
User termination could be done if:
1) you violate MUST or MUST NOT sections
2) you somehow affect users or Oblache
3) you aren't student anymore
4) the administration of Oblache decided so
5) any account don't use more than 6 months is subject for deletion.
You MUST create local backups of your databases for sake reasons.
The logo and the name of the service are registered intellectual property.

Any project which run on this Oblache MUST have attribution with a link:

2) 20 static sites, totally not more 100 MB
3) 1 Docker container running, not more 300 MB
